  • Every appointment begins with a detailed, face-to-face consultation. Dr. Andrea will ask about your goals, concerns, and what you’re hoping to achieve. She’ll assess your features, explain the treatment options that suit your needs, and create a personalized treatment plan.


    You’ll receive a clear price quote for your approval before anything is done. If you choose to move forward, she will complete the treatment during the same appointment.

  • Yes. If you feel comfortable with the plan and pricing, Dr. Andrea can proceed with treatment during the same appointment.

  • That’s completely okay. Some people prefer to take time to decide and think it over.

    Please kindly note that the consultation fee is $250.

  • Absolutely. Some people feel a bit nervous before their appointment.

    In order to make you feel more comfortable, we take the time to listen, answer your questions, and make sure you feel supported from start to finish.

  • No. The consultation is centred on your goals.

    If you want additional suggestions, please ask so Dr. Andrea can provide options or recommendations for other treatments.

  • Most first-time visits are 30–45 minutes to allow time for a thorough consultation and treatment, if you choose to move forward.

  • Very little preparation is needed. Please arrive with a clean face — no makeup or tinted skincare. Regular sunscreen is fine.

    After booking, you’ll also receive guidelines on how to prepare your skin for the appointment.

  • Most treatments have minimal downtime. Dr. Andrea will explain aftercare, what’s normal to expect, and how to care for the area over the next few days.

  • For injectables, pricing is based on your personalized treatment plan. You’ll receive a clear, transparent quote before any treatment is done.

  • Yes. Whether it’s your first treatment or your tenth, everything is explained clearly and at your pace. There are no surprises — just honest guidance and thoughtful care.
