Terms of service for Online Store

By completing a purchase through our online store, you agree to the following terms:

1. In-Clinic Service Redemption Only

All services purchased online must be redeemed in person at Dr. Andrea Cosmetic MD. Services are not transferable and cannot be redeemed virtually or at any other location.

2. Canadian Residents Only

Due to professional regulations and insurance requirements, services are available exclusively to Canadian residents. By purchasing, you confirm that you reside in Canada and are eligible to receive care at Dr. Andrea Cosmetic MD.

3. Final Sale Upon Purchase

All purchases made through our online store are final sale. Refunds are not available once the transaction is completed. If you have questions about suitability or how to redeem your service, please contact us before completing your purchase.

4. Packages — Redemption Period & Transferability

Packages must be redeemed within 1 year of the purchase date. All packages and individual services are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.

5. Scheduling

After purchase, you are responsible for booking your appointment through our clinic’s standard scheduling process. Appointment availability may vary.
